You also get a cool, geeky, female roommate who is quiet, doesn't party or bring strangers home (same is requested in return), loves cooking and good beer but doesn't get drunk, LGBTQ friendly and mostly keeps to herself. If she thinks you're awesome though, she might want to hang with you sometimes. Prior roommate reference available.
