Hello, I am looking to rent out rooms in my home and I would like to know if you are interested in becoming roommates. The $700 rent payment includes utilities, internet, and water in a furnished or unfurnished room. If you work from home or seek office space the office on the lower level of my home comes furnished with a desk and is large enough to fit another desk and book shelves if you would like to use your own. There is a $40 application fee and these funds will be used to complete a background check. The $350 security deposits will cover any repairs that need to be made to the room at the end of your lease and will be returned to you if there is nothing that needs repairing. My home is located near highway 45 and the Rankin Road exit and the environment in my home is tranquil and respectful. If you are clean, responsible and respectful I would love to hear from you.
