I have a new 1200 sq ft duplex in Round Rock, and I Will be looking to fill the room by sept 1
you will have your own bathroom to share with guesets.
Apt has wood floors, Stainless steel appliances, a washer & dryer, and Comes with 300mb speed internet

Applicants should be able to pass a background check

Bills are split 3 ways

I'm a 23/male currently employed at Dell doing tech support. I'm easy to get a long with, and generally pretty laid back. In my free time, I'm either out playing disc golf with friends, playing video games or board games, cooking, reading or watchign a good series banging on my bongos, or playing my guitars. I don't even mind if you're into 420, just be respectful about it. I like to avoid drama at all times.
