Looking for a roommate to live in Georgetown, TX! Very nice complex right next to an extensive shopping center

This .5 bathroom house sits on half an acre just walkable miles from Natural Grocers, Lake Georgetown, and The Square Downtown. There is a deck with a charcoal grill to enjoy burgers, free range chickens who provide the most delicious eggs, three raised bed garden boxes, a whole house water filter and softener, and a meticulously maintained jet hot-tub. We offer street and *possibly* driveway parking, and a guest pass to a nearby fitness center. Inside, the home is professionally cleaned bi-monthly, and all our household appliances can be used. Your upstairs guest room is , shares a bathroom, has a regular ft closet, receives great high speed internet, and is furnished to include a queen sized bed but can be unfurnished depending on preference.I am a father, rabbi, author, and reality television guy who when not cycling > a year, is probably in another country on a show (yeah, really). My daughter () and son () are with me every Thursday, every other weekend, and loads of time in the summer, but outside of that it is just us grown ups. I like to keep our place safe, drug free and drama light but we are down for having fun and enjoying drinks responsibly. Lastly, do not fret if you are digging this listing but the budget is a tad out of your range… vibing personalities, being a boss at meal prepping, or having a green thumb for the garden for example, can go a long way, so let’s chat!

Semi furnished Single bedroom with shared jack and jill bathroom. Near to I, Heb, costco, wolf ranch town center with many other stores. Preferred females Only

Quaint and cozy furnished private room and private bathroom. Full bed with comfy mattress and topper on it. Nighstand, dresser, TV, and desk in bedroom. Large tub, large walk-in closet, and large countertop in bathroom. You'll share this space with myself ( yr old professional female and my 2 small pups). I stay to myself, never have parties, go out on occasion, but am early to bed and early to rise. I drink occasionally (social drinker usually), don't smoke (cigarettes or ), and am pretty clean (no messes left out). My dogs do bark when someone new comes in the house but will calm down quickly (a couple minutes). They are friendly and to know them is to love them. You should be an avid animal lover to live here for any amount of time, as am I. However, they will stay in my bedroom/bathroom if I am not home.

Includes access to pool and gym, new home, close to university, target, Starbucks, includes utilities, internet, parking. Furnished room.
