I can also purchase either a projector or a small, wall mountable screen to add some creature comforts. Please let me know if you are interested in a pre-furnished tiny bedroom, and I will do my best to set the space for you. This room is also available as an add-on to my other listing, which shares a wall with this room and is slightly bigger. If you are in need of an extra office space, or a kids room, we can negotiate the cost of renting both rooms. Safeway is a 3 minute drive and Fred Meyers is about 5 minutes away.Kitchen is large with granite countertops, fridge with ice maker, all the gadgets and cookware you could want. I like to bake and will happily share whatever I make.House has central heating, but you'll probably want to consider a portable AC unit for summer. There is a lovely front porch and a decently sized front yard. I have some plantings including a strawberry patch.
