i’m a surf school owner who works in venice and lives in del rey/mar vista area. i am in a bath that i’d love to find roommates for this upcoming may 1. it’s a GREAT place in a quiet neighborhood with lots of easy parking (no street sweeping), in-unit laundry, and front and back yards. rent is super reasonable too.
