Hey there! I'm Tendai, a -year-old Sales executive who loves to whip up delicious meals in my kitchen ,exercise & binging a good series. When I'm not conquering the gym or diving deep into a good book, you might find me lost in the Marvel universe, binging anime, or leveling up in the latest game. As a personal trainer, I'm always ready to share my fitness knowledge , whether it's whipping up a killer meal plan or designing a killer workout routine or hpw to recover from a killer workout i got you . Sundays are my church days i attend Redemption church in greenstone, but the rest of the week, I'm all about working hard, good company, shared laughs, and maybe even a friendly cooking competition (don't worry, I'll share!).
