The water color changes over the course of the day yielding a work of art and inspiration every moment of the day. The famous DEXTER house is next door and Bal Harbour shoppes are a few blocks from here.

Lots of services nearby. The Bay is in the backyard as we are on the water. The beach is 7 blocks as the crow flies but this is Miami and the walk is mins and driving or biking is 4 minutes.

The room is deceptively comfortable and cozy. However it doesnt strike one at first. The usual guest stays months longer than they intend.

This is a condo so there are house rules and if you have no experience in community living you may not like it.

Past guests have left generous referrals and a few have agreed to be contacted. Just ask.

The price is for a short stay months/ 1 year leases or 6 month stays at $.

I want to write this roommate referral because if you’re looking for a great place to live with good people, than you found it, LOOK NO MORE.

I lived with Mitch as roommates for over two years and I left only because I had to move to a different State if not ill still be living there.

For males, well, just rent it already haha, you'll love it.
Now if you’re a female like me, I know how scary this can be I can tell you to be % in peace because Mitch is one of the most respectful guys I’ve ever met and he’ll do whatever’s in his hands to help you and make you feel comfortable.

The apartment has everything you wont need anything else, the kitchen is fully packed with everything, I loved it, if I wanted to cook or bake, he really provided every utensil I needed, very comfortable condo overall, but that view tho, so much peace and perfect to eat outside (I always did).
