3 Month Master Bedroom Sublease!

We are seeking a roommate to sublease the Master bedroom/bathroom in our spacious bath apartment in Edgewater for 3 months. The move-in date is flexible, but ideally May th. Rent is $ (utilities included). Our apartment is in a great location in Edgewater - walking distance to Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District and also super close to Downtown, Brickell, and Mid-Beach! The building has great amenities - pool, gym, outdoor hot tub, and indoor sauna, and the doormen/women are all very friendly and helpful! Our apartment is quite large and already fully furnished. You’ll have the spacious corner Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is completely furnished with a large king-size bed (super comfy mattress), two side tables, full-body mirror, a desk, and a chair. If you don’t want the desk/chair/side tables we can remove any or all of that furniture before you move-in. We have in-unit laundry and dishwasher, no pets, and a large balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay. We are looking for a (preferably female) kind and respectful roommate who is drama-free and easy to communicate with! Cleanliness is something we all value and we keep our common areas impeccably tidy and organized. We love animals but are slightly allergic to dogs and cats so we keep the apartment with no pets, sadly.
