Private room and bath, Edgewater!

Hi, I am looking for a roommate to share a two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment
in Edgewater. Moving date April 1st. The building is new and has all the amenities you could imagine (pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, yoga room, steam room, massage room, stReaming room, co-working space, recording room…). I am very clean and respectful, almost never in the apartment, working from the co-working area or exercising at the gym/outdoor.
