my boyfriend is looking for a roommate for a house off of McCarren across from the Winco parking lot.

The house features two master bedrooms located across the hallway from each other. It boasts a beautiful view and a private backyard perfect for enjoying the scenery during the summer. Additionally, the house includes a laundry room, bathrooms, walk-in closets, a full kitchen, a spacious garage, and heating and air conditioning. Some areas of the house have been recently remodeled to keep everything looking modern and up to date.

**Roommate Requirements:**
- We are looking for a quiet roommate. No yelling, large parties, or loud guests, please. Both of us usually get up early, and we prefer not to be kept awake at night. Respecting each other's space is essential.

- Respect is key in our home. We expect our potential roommate to be clean and considerate, not just in their personal space but also in the common areas. This isn’t about strict rules; it’s about mutual respect and consideration for each other's living conditions. We believe in treating this house as if it were our own, and we hope you share the same attitude.

- **No Pets:** Unfortunately, our current roommates have made us hesitant about pets, as we’ve had to spend considerable time and money cleaning up after a neglected animal.

- Significant others are welcome, but we’d like to meet them before your move-in date. Establishing a good relationship with everyone who will spend time in our home is important to us.

We will be bringing a lot of our furniture, so you are not required to provide many pieces. However, if you would like to bring some furniture, we can discuss it further.
