I have a bath in south Minneapolis looking to sublet starting March 1st- August. I have to move to NYC for work hence this. It’s $ a month and willing to take off a portion off the rent monthly.

Close to restaurants and coffee shops, on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view and has a balcony, huge gym and saunas. Super quiet area and building.
