Private bedroom in luxury apartment

My name is Elizabeth and I recently moved into my apartment located in Montrose. I will be relocating back to Portland for months and I am looking for someone to sublease my room. The room has a walk in closet and shares a bathroom. The complex opened last year and is a luxury building in a walkable area. The amenities and staff are great as well. Washer and dryer in unit, gas stove, and we should be done furnishing the shared spaces next week. Rent is listed does not include utilities/amenities fees.
I am open to long or short term subleasing. I live with two other girls. Both are very laid back, clean, and friendly!
