hey all! ✨ we have one bedroom for rent available mid february/ march in a cozy bath house north of cherry creek!

Utilities are included in the $ base rent - $ all inclusive utilities)

big kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (+ a minniette fridge!), oven, & microwave. even bigger backyard with a fire pit we’ve been meaning to start up. furnished living room and den. three car driveway as well as a car port.

I'm a yr old female flight attendant who is frequently away, and the other tenant works from home part time / out on the field in the fiber optics industry! he does have a super friendly mid sized short haired dog who stays kenneled when said tenant is out of house.
we’re looking for a -something, friendly, courteous, respectful individual with a stable income. PREFERABLY NO PETS.

the room being rented out could use a fresh coat of neutral paint which we would be more than happy to help out with. you would be sharing the upstairs full bath with me. pm for pricing and more details/photos!! hoping to find a good fit ! 🌞☮️🌻
