I own a house off uni in Denton.
I have a room for rent.
I pay all bills, high speed internet (fios) all cable channels and electric.
You jusy pay $500 a month. I have storage, washer/dryer, fridge, your own food cubby. Pretty much my house is your house.
I do have a teeny dog but she's terrified of everyone.
You will have to share a bathroom with the other roomie.
We are both easy going, work a lot, study and just relax.
And on the plus side, its a house so I have a backyard.
