Looking for a new roommate, the house is about 2,800 SF, two full baths, game room with pool table, work out room and hot tub. I am in The Woodlands, close to I-45, am 50 years old white male, do not smoke and do not have kids and I am super easy going. The rent is $ 600.00 all bills paid, really just looking for a female roommate for the only reason I get along much better with girl roommates then guy roommates. All rooms are furnished.
