-8 minutes walk from Langelier metro station.
I am looking for a female roommate similar to me. I am a year-old Chinese woman working part-time as an accountant while still attending school. I need someone who is clean, respectful, and pays rent on time. Lease is for months. You will need to take the lease of my roomate from june (2months) then sign a new lease to one-year lease with me. :)!

Your room must be furnished by you ( i can ask her if she can sell her bedframe) You can see the room in the last picture—it will be empty. The average rent is depending on hydro $. The rent include including Wi-Fi, hydro, insurance, and rent.
