Looking for respectful, responsible and quite single person to occupy the space.

My name is Jon, I own the space and am a year old working professional and small business owner.
My brother (whos room it is) will be traveling for 6 months. I run a small business and take clients out of the living room from time to time so you'd have to be willing to accomodate that and work with my schedule.

$/ month with $ refundable damage deposit at the end of the agreement.
