College, Hayward. Also, a -minute BART ride to UC Berkeley. Two blocks from an AC Transit bus Stop. minutes to BART by bus or 5 minutes by car.

Close, also, to the major employment centers of the East Bay

Quiet, non-party house on a quiet and clean court.

Parking either in front of the house and plenty of parking a few doors down the street.

Good clean house, easy-going semi-retired English professor.

Great place for someone starting their career and needing to sock away some cash and/or pay off college loans. International guests (love to practice my very limited Chinese) yet anyone who is working and has a plan is welcome.

If you love piano--or need and accompanist--I have a nice, " Baldwin grand.

Also, very large vegetable garden with lots of fresh and free food.

Full use of the common rooms, kitchen and yard.

Large closet and extra storage space in the garage.

Pets are a possibility.
