i'm looking for short-term housing to commence ideally on February ; however, mid February is also ok. March at the latest.
i'm looking to rent a room in a very-well-maintained space, cleanliness and residing in what is considered a safe area are paramount!👌
when neither exist, it's a dealbreaker and i would not be interested.
yes. i'm anally retentive regarding cleanliness and safety. i'm from North Dakota. so that must give you some idea of my mindset.
i work in the healthcare, medical profession. i operate OnCall; meaning, i'm predominantly in the home in my room working on online businesses. i.e., - check it out; feel free to refer prospects.👍
my budget is: $/month all inclusive; however, i would go as high, all inclusive, $, maximum. for me to expend the latter amount in metro-detroit, the habitat must be high-quality with indelible amenities; meaning, clean and safe.
i require a firm to hard mattress to sleep on; anything in the antithesis, would mean a new mattress is required.
i would prefer to reside in a home that does NOT have pets!
should i live on my own? nahhh, not really, i just know what works for me.
if we are to reside harmoniously, we must complement; fair enough?
