am seeking a responsible, preferably a male non-smoking roommate to share a 5 month lease in a quiet -bathroom apartment located in a co-op in the Morningside Heights section of central Harlem.
The building is safe and very quiet. The available bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, and desk, and it includes a private bathroom. There's a washer/dryer unit in the apartment. Please note that refrigerators and microwaves are not allowed in the bedroom. Utilities such as heat and Wi-Fi are included in the rent; however, electric and gas are not included and will be shared equally each month.
The co-op is situated directly across from Morningside Park and is just steps away from Columbia University. Convenient mass transit options are available, with the B/C train located only 2 blocks away and the blocks away. Several bus stops are also nearby, including the M, and M routes. This location is perfect for students at Columbia University and City College.
