1 Bedroom for Rent

Hi all! I am moving out and helping my roommate look for a someone to sublet my room. We are looking for people to join my bath apartment.

The link below shows the layout of the apartment. As you can see in the pics, our unit has linoleum floors instead of carpet throughout and has newer kitchen and bathroom cabinets + appliances.

-Your space 🛏️

You would have the secondary bedroom which has a closet and balcony access and your own bathroom. The room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. If you have furniture, we can try to make it work!

-The building 🏠

The building has a small gym and a pool. Ideally looking for someone to move in in January. Lease goes until late August. Your rent + utilities would be around $ per month.

I’ve been living here for two years and really love this apartment! We are about a 5 min walk to the red line (Van Ness/UDC stop) and L and H busses, Giant and CVS. Rock Creek Park is about a min walk away. Howard Law School and UDC are less than a minute walk and AU is about a minute walk.
