Needing something.... anything..

I'm Carly and... well My boyfriend and I didn't work out- And I need a new place! I work full time (actually up to 50 hours a week) at a bridal boutique (don't judge me) and as an actress/ whatever I can do creatively on the side. I'm not messy but I'm in no way OCD and I'll keep my disorganization to myself- I'm looking for a room that is possibly furnished but It's not a requirement. i just kinda want to start fresh but it's no biggie. I would love to be able to get a cat but it's not a deal breaker. I'm hoping not to spend more than 800 a month including utilities but I know that me HAVING to live downtown makes that difficult. The cheaper the better people It's TOUGH out there!!! I want to live with someone who has at least a minor sense of humor, isn't a jerk and doesn't make me feel like a guest in their home. (I get it you lived there first but it's kinda awkward if that's how its always gonna be, ya know live in the moment. I would describe myself as a free spirit and occasional partier but my job is INSANE and I can't party like I used to whatsoever. I don't drive, I don't smoke cigarettes and I mainly stay away from most illicit drugs. I'm a fun roommate- But I also like my alone time. I will always clean up after myself and try to help out. But I believe in things like house meetings and team collaborations to keep a home a home. Anyway that's all folks! let me know if any of this works for you!
