Roommate needed for renewed lease

Rent stabilized. bath. This is a lease renewal for me. Roommate needed from February - January . Utilities in total (Wi-Fi and electricity+gas) equal out to $ depending on the season. Would prefer a male roommate however it does not matter too much. Laundry and dishwash not included, nearest laundry is seconds away/ a block away both on th. 5 min walk to the 6 train and minute walk to the Q on th st. Roommate needs to be cleanly in shared spaces and make on time payments when bills are due. I have a video of the apartment with no furnishing and will send it in as I can’t here.
