Currently have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available in a bath home in Fallbrook.
backyard, plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood. Storage space available in the garage. In unit washer/dryer, full access to kitchen, living room, dining room, backyard, etc.

Each person would have their own bedroom and bathroom. One located downstairs and the other upstairs. Utilities will be split evenly,(water, gas/electric, security system, internet, trash). All tenants will sign lease and will have their own security deposit.

No smoking, no excessive drinking, no overnight guests.
About the roomies

Currently a single mom with a 6 month old daughter living here and a dog, 3 year old Dalmatian, who is very friendly and loves being the center of attention. Looking for people who are comfortable with being around a baby. No pets due to current dog in home.

Please note that we will have to meet beforehand and a background check and credit check is required.
