Dog friendly DTC house private bath

Description

Large house-share (with just me) near I- & Yosemite, until May . Looking for 1 person (or will consider a couple) to share house. Ideal for someone who wants a large amount of space and a lot of privacy (less people), ample room for private remote work office. Very fair deal in terms of price for location and space and privacy - includes all utilities and WiFi.

Two dogs live here, a beagle and a beagle mix. Other occupant is a middle-aged professional male (recently divorced and almost empty-nester, son lives here for another 2 weeks). Open to someone with a small to medium size dog to run around the huge dog-friendly yard (served by doggie door). Lots of grass plus trees plus section of wild vegetation, lots of birds, squirrels, smells, etc. Four-minute drive to Cherry Creek State Park where I take my dogs a few times per week. Greenwood Village King Soopers is a couple of minutes away. Going north a Wal-Mart is within 5 minutes. One minute to access either I-.

Back patio has a grill, hot tub, patio furniture, propane fire pit, etc. Large kitchen has all requirements, pots, pans, air fryer, dishes, k-cup coffee, etc., with empty cabinets and half-empty fridge. WiFi, although no cable TV (large screen TV has HD antenna though and streaming apps). Two-car wide driveway, plenty of off-street parking (garage not available except could be used if you work on your car here and there). Laundry room, machines, iron, built in areas to hang dry clothes, etc. Can provide one bed and/or dresser, or totally unfurnished.

Rental is the large open basement (for bedroom combined with office, exercise area, music room, whatever) and your own private bathroom, it's about square feet. Private bath is shown in the photos. All utilities included in rent (water, electric, trash, heat, WiFi). There is storage available in the rear basement area. No heavy drinking, no smoking inside. No drugs (moderate outside cannabis fine). I don't really have guests but you can.
