No previous evictions please. There will be a written contract. dollar deposit that is refundable.

I'm very easy to get along with and very welcoming, respectful, easy going, trustable, clean, down to earth and open minded. I don't smoke but i am friendly. I have no criminal backround and am a very professional person. I have a couple of big dogs that tend to gravitate twords women more. There is no drama or partying here.
