Winter wonderland near ski resort

Description

We are looking for a roommate and or travel nurse. Available anytime Jan or Feb 1st. 3 -6 month leases are available.
We have 1 bedroom in a large 4 bd house. This bedroom has a private entrance. The room is fully furnished for $750. Utilities that are included are internet, trash, lawn, and water. Propane and electric and plow, is split between 4 people. Could rent longer if things on both end works out!

Fully furnished Common areas in the house include: kitchen, living room, dining room, mud room with laundry and dryer, shared full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom, atrium lounge, outdoor porch with the be st view of burke, veggie garden space and an outdoor fire place. Laundry and dryer in house.

The house and land is just a 5-10 min bike ride to hop on the kingdom trails and a 15 min drive to Willoughby Lake. There is potential garden space available for growing own food. We have a small apple orchard in our field over looking Burke Mountain. Minutes from Burke Mountain ski resort.

We are a group of younger working professionals co housing to make rent affordable. We all spend a good amount of time following our own passionate pursuits but also enjoy each others company from time to time. An awesome fit would be someone who is a great communicator, clean, has a good balance between socializing and collaborating to respecting personal space and self growth. Also someone who is open to participating in communal responsibilities (house meetings and typical house upkeep)We also have a chore wheel that we all contribute to weekly.

Ash is a carpentry educator, jewelry designer and maker, gardener and permaculture educator. She mostly spends her time in the garden, on the land or making jewelry she sells at craft fairs. She stewards the land and manages to the food forest campground on the lower property. The campers have a separate entrance to the lower fields so there is privacy for house tenants and campers. She has two lovable cats Fern and Kolbie that enjoy snuggl
