Hi! I am looking for someone to sublease/transfer my lease for my apartment in The Reserve until July . I am looking to move out asap! Rent is $ a month and I am willing to cover the utility bill for the remainder of the lease! The apartment is fully furnished, and only a short walk to UTSA which is super convenient for students who don’t want to purchase a parking pass or have a vehicle.
