the rental basement includes a shared full bathroom, half bathroom, kitchen, living room, a laundry room, and also a back yard patio, WiFi included.

Offered as as a month to month lease of $ for the basement and $ for the small room no immediate deposit needed.
I'm looking for tidy, considerate people. Smoking cigarettes are not permitted in the house but the patio nice. Street parking, but it's not troublesome here. Dog/ cat friendly
