Room for rent!

Hello, I have posted before looking for a sublease, but now I have decided to stay. I do have a roommate who has moved out so now we need someone to take over her lease some time this month perferable and we also have another room up for rent! It is a four bedroom apartment and two bath! You would share a bathroom with whomever you live on the side of the apartment with! It is a shared kitchen with laundry on and private parking off the street. We do share electricity which is in the other roommates name and I'd you would desire internet and cable we can hook that up as well and split the bill by all roommates. It is $275 a month and $300 deposit that is refundable! (Just don't destroy your room) we do allow dogs breed restriction though. We do have two cats. My roommate is fun loving but usually not home as her boyfriend lives near by. She is vegetarian, full time student, and works all the time. I currently am looking for work and do not attend school as I'd rather find a major then spend on classes I may not need. I am home a lot during the week and very social but during the weekend I am away. We are looking for a female roommate, you can still get ahold of me If your a male, I can get you fixed up with the same deal with my landlord
