Basic room for rent

Description

Room will be unfurnished once roommate moves out in a few days. The bed in the picture is a Queen sized for scale. Room will be available Jan 1st. You will be sharing the house with 3 people including myself(F, and a M(will likely be leaving at some point in the medium-term future). All utilities included in rent price. Landlords also want a background and credit check, but that would be handled after you’ve had an in-person tour and have decided you were interested.
