Looking for Roomates!

Hello All! :) Me and my fiancé both Seattle natives and UW graduates are looking for two new roomies to join us at our current residence since our current roommates need to move out starting in Feb . If you need to move in prior to that we can try and make those adjustments. You will have your own bedroom and own bathroom. We have total 4 bedrooms here. Three of them are upstairs and one room Is downstairs. We will occupy the bottom floor so the whole top floor is available to rent for any two people. Only the Kitchen will be shared which is upstairs. Washer/Dryer available :) We also have two little frenchies . Super friendly with all humans and animals. Hoping you are ok with dogs. More pets are welcomed, they just have to be Emotional support or service animal per the landlord. I work for heart transplant clinic and my partner is a technician for a private company in Kent. I also really need some girlfriends so would love to live with someone who is also looking for a friend but if you are not into that and like to stay to yourself, that is ok as well!
