I am looking for someone who wants to be added to the lease.

I do work from home mainly but go in the office every now and then. I don't mind guest coming over but I do like some calm and quiet at times especially when I'm working. I do have guest and my family come over so please be respectful. As for the complex there is a kids park behind the building so they will be loud at certain times of the day, there's a dog park, hour gym, pool closed during winter, mail room. If you do have a dog please be aware there is a dog fee and you will be responsible for it and please make sure your dog is human and dog friendly. Also there are dog restrictions please keep that in mind.

There will be a bed in the bedroom.
