Professional Developer/Adorable pup

Hello!
My name is James, I am from Minnesota and work is relocating me to Kirkland. I work for a Design/Builder, love to go fly fishing and take my dog to the park.

Me - easy going, humorous, handy, and very independent. If you have ever heard of "Minnesota Nice", I embody that stereotype and am proud of it.
My Kelpie (Comet) - well behaved, lovable, quite, often sleepy

We are looking for a place (single family, townhouse, 1st floor apts) that is close to Kirkland, and dog friendly. I live an active lifestyle, and appreciate a solid adventure. You likely wont see much of me at the house, as I work often from 6:30am until 5pm, and am planning on exploring your beautiful state every free weekend I have.

A list of my hobbies: SCUBA diving, camping, backpacking, fly fishing, biking, cooking, construction, DIY remodeling (just flipped my first home here in MN), and of course anything I can bring my dog along for.

The cons I have been told about living with me: I am up early in the AM, go to bed around 9-10. Comet does shed, not more than most dogs but she is not hypoallergenic or anything.
