Do you want to share in the space of a lovely home in a residential area in NW Austin? Tired of not having room for your exercise equipment, bike, and kitchen appliances? I am a woman looking to share a home with one person starting at the end of December. It is located close to IH 183 and Hymeadow. The house is about 1700 square feet. The room available is 14 feet by almost 11 feet. It has no furniture in it. The closet is 8 feet by 20 inches with two shelves. You would be primary user of the adjacent bathroom, which is also used by guests. You share the front room, kitchen, walk in pantry and dining area. I do not have much front room and dining room furniture. I would welcome yours or be getting some in the near future. This home has lovely, simple backyard and front yard, plants, trees, and a modest patio. One could garden in the back yard. I would like a friendly relationship but do not need to be your best friend. You need to be a high functioning adult of any age, working (preferable outside the home), responsible, and help keep the shared/common areas picked up and clean. We would both be responsible for keeping mutually shared areas tidy and trading off specific chores. Personal items (like shoes and clothes) would not be left in the common areas as I have professional contacts occasionally coming into the house. The house is mostly carpeted and has a fireplace.
