Description cLooking for a place to call home in a peaceful Richardson neighborhood?

Two roommates looking for a third to take the third bedroom. Original third roommate was supposed to start on December 1, but backed out last minute.

Hallway with two bedrooms is separated from the main living area by a door. The Jack and Jill bathroom is in the same hallway to share with the second roommate. The rest of the house is furnished, with a washer and dryer next to the garage, and plenty of living space and backyard space. There's also a study in the front for quiet space. You'd also be able to use the garage if you'd like to park your car. Pictures of each room is attached, but you're welcome to contact us to take a tour around the house, or meet us over lunch or dinner. Monthly rent will be due at the first of each month for the room. Internet/electricity/water/trash will be split evenly between the roommates monthly when they're due. We currently do not have cable, since we use Redbox and Chromecast instead, but might be open to adding cable down the road once a third roommate moves in.

About us:
First roommate works in Coppell in pharmaceutical marketing and enjoys the outdoors, (authentic) Asian food, and hanging out with friends at the mall or shopping. Second roommate works in downtown Dallas in the medical field, loves cooking/baking, and Korean BBQ. We both want to redesign the house and improve it little by little, and want to eventually build a Koi pond and garden in the back.

What we're looking for:
Third roommate who doesn't smoke or drink, but occasionally would enjoy hanging out with friends or cooking. We'd prefer someone gay-friendly, or someone who would enjoy eating out and trying new restaurants and Asian food.
