Hi there! Seeking a roommate to share my condo with me and my boston terrier, Hank (don't worry, he doesn't chew stuff). After a recent volunteer trip overseas, I decided to downsize my life a bit and share which is what brought me here! I am a 35 year old professional female who works just outside of downtown. I occasionally have to travel for work so there will be times the unit will be all yours (Hank goes to the kennel). I have lived in the North Loop for about 4 years and love it! My free time is spent enjoying food and wine with friends, being active, cooking, photography and traveling (near and far). No drugs or smoking in the condo, please, but drinks are encouraged :) The condo is two story, with both bedrooms, full bathroom, and laundry (fairly new washer and dryer in the unit!) upstairs and the living space downstairs. Kitchen has been recently renovated! Downstairs there is a huge patio that walks out onto the sidewalk with a grill that is available to use! The location is awesome - quiet part of the North Loop that is within a block of great restaurants/ bars in any direction and just a short walk to the Mississippi river! Electricity and gas will be shared (estimate $35-45/each based on historical). Internet and cable tv with DVR included. There is no parking space with this unit, however there is 12 hr visitor parking directly in front of the building and most meters in the immediate area are free after 6pm and spots are easy to come by. Room can come with furnishings shown (minus the bedding). There is additional storage for you to use in the laundry room.
