Room for Rent in West Palm Beach

We are 3 young ladies looking to rent out an extra bedroom in our "very-close-to-downtown" apartment. We are all in our late twenties, in various degrees of relationship status, not wild, but do love to have fun and be social. One roomie is in hospitality, another going back for her masters while working professionally and I'm a professional in a fitness company. We have a couple cats, one is temporary and they are nice and chill. We all work mostly normal hours, sometimes come home late and try to be quiet when we know someones home sleeping. The house is always clean, maybe not perfect, but we stay on top of dishes, floors, the bathrooms etc. Common areas are furnished, but if you have stuff, we can work it in.

Basically, we are just looking for someone who is no drama, friendly, respectful of space, can pay rent, keeps their area tidy... a "practiced" roommate if you will :) Yes, we are only accepting a female- too many wild cards, sorry guys. We can be your friends or just housemates, but we are all pretty cool girls if I do say so. Move in will be as early as Dec 15 or as late as Jan 1.
