The lease will be for 3 months with an option to renew. Rent for the room and shared space is $ a month and utilities generally run around $ per tennant. Rent includes Heat, Central A/C, WiFi, Cable, Bedroom, Bathroom, Shared kitchen and Shared living room area.

A deposit of $ and a background / credit check w/ applicable fee are required to move in.

I keep a clean and comfortable living space, and my only qualifications for a housemate are that you be respectful and communicative.
