- Room is available end of January, but have some flexibility to be a little sooner, or later if you’d like.
- Willing to leave my bed and some other furniture in my bedroom.
- Easy street parking with no permit required, you can also park at the hotel across from the building.
- This is a large room available in a bath apartment. Your room is the bigger one, to the right of the kitchen. It had two spacious closets and its own en-suite bathroom with a double sink.
- The shared living space and kitchen are fully furnished with furniture and other materials. There’s also an in-unit laundry in the coat & shoes closet.
- Would prefer a non-smoker and no pets, as your future roommate is allergic to most of them.
- We are across the street from the Children’s Hospital and the Anschutz Campus.
-About your roommate: a PhD student. She’s quiet and likes to cook and spend quiet time with her friends and family.
