Private 1 Bedroom/Personal Bath

Description

I have a 1-bedroom available with a private bathroom, a patio, private attached storage, parking pass, and all utilities included. The location is convenient & close to the highway and major interchanges and a short drive to Downtown. Many days I’ve made it there or back in under twenty minutes.

The room itself comes unfurnished (ten x twelve) with a large closet and built-in shelves. It also has direct private access to the patio, which leads to your private storage. I left the bed in the pics to help give an idea of the space (Queen sized bed on a very large base) but it will be removed unless it’s needed (we can work something out on that).

The shared living spaces are furnished, there’s also a fireplace for extra comfort. It’s a sub-level unit, making moving easy. The internet is fast and unlimited (Xfinity), perfect for streaming, gaming or working without issues. I have also made space in 2 large sized cupboards so you have room to feel at home in the kitchen as well as space on the fridge and freezer.

I have a small, well-trained dog, but I’d prefer not to add another. He’s very friendly and apartment sized.

My college aged daughter has moving out so I’m looking for a responsible adult to move in roughly January 1st. You’ll need to be on the lease, but only a background check will be required by the complex.

I’m a bartender, so I work late and keep to myself and have my personal setup in my room. Things are usually pretty quiet here.
