Private room for rent with king bed

Big bedroom with king size bed and bath, swimming pool with full access to entire house. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Big kitchen and plenty of parking. Must like dogs because i have four small indoor dogs. No smoking in the house, but you can smoke outside. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. It’s up to you. There’s lots of storage save if needed. I’ll cook but you have to pitch in on groceries. You buy your own toiletries. This isn’t all inclusive. I live here and one other gentleman who is a restaurant manager downtown Dallas. The bedroom is in picture with blue bedspread but have changed out bed to a king size. The room faces the pool. It’s a very big room. Please me if interested
