I am a 23 year old male who loves music and the outdoors. The apartment is very close the CU Boulder, just a 5 minute walk. The rent is super low for Boulder and is a great deal! Just $860 per month. It’s a single story with just one neighbor, the area is very quiet and is close by to everything you need; campus, groceries, restaurants, night life, and more! I work full time and like to keep the place tidy and clean. My current roommate is moving out December 22nd and I’m looking to fill his spot ASAP. The apartment will come fully furnished, with us buying all the furniture from my current roommate who is moving out. He’s giving us a solid deal on everything from couches, TV, vacuum, dishes, furniture, decor, and more for just $400 each. Your room will be fully furnished for just $120 with mattress, bed frame, desk, décor, chair, and dresser. You don’t need to bring anything with you when you move in, just the clothes on your back. The security deposit is only $600, not even 1 months rent, and will be refunded at move out. The apartment and complex is super nice and is very affordable for Boulder’s crazy prices.
