*480£ for the double room, and Only for one person (excluded bills)

*600£ for the double room for couple (excluded bills)
600英镑一个双人房间，可以两人入住（不包含其他费用账单）

*The bills shall be shared with all the flatmates, and it is roughly from 40£ to 50£ per head.
产生的所有费用账单需要和所有的住户共同分担，大概一个人40英镑至50英镑。
- There is a 5 weeks deposit.
这里需要支付5周的定金。
- You shall share the flat with 2 Vietnamese students girls, and one Singaporean gentleman and maybe one other flatmate.
与您共享这个房间的已经有两个越南女学生，一个新加坡男士，可能还将会有另外的住户。
