Hello!
My name is Gabriela and I am in search of a very chill &clean person looking to rent a room in my flat across from Golden Gate Park. You would be sharing the space with me and my very shy and sweet black indoor cat named Sombra.

The home is a sanctuary to escape from the day to day active city life. The flat is up 1-small flight of stairs off of Lincoln Way and is a bath with a furnished Dining Room and Living Room. Across the street from GGP, 2 blocks from the N Judah line, tons of lovely restaurants and Sunday farmers market walking distance. The neighborhood is super quiet and calm.
If we vibe, the stay can be longer, we can be flexible! Only requirement is a day notice post the 3 month stay. Security deposit of $-month min sublease required. Rent is due on the 1st on the month.

The Room:
- unfurnished
- queen bed would fit perfectly + dresser and vanity as needed
- nice sized closet
- cute window overlooking Sutro tower

The Flat:
- fully furnished Living Room
- working on furnishing Dining Room which can be a shared work space
- 1 shared bath, gallery kitchen with breakfast nook, outdoor backyard, storage space in the garage available, Laundry in unit, central heating. Garbage and water included in rent
- rent includes Wifi
- PGE utility bill is split on the th between the 2 housemates
- kitchen includes dishwasher and plenty of storage
- extra storage for camping gear, bikes, surfboards etc. available in the shared garage storage space

About me:
I am a local SF/Marin Native, Interior Designer + art curator for over years and I have a hybrid work schedule -sometimes I work from home, other days I go to the office. I am a fun, outgoing, clean and organized person! I sometimes cook and I love music and dance.
Tenant must like cats and be OK with a chill cat in the house.

Ideally, I am looking for someone that does not bring the party home, someone that has a hybrid schedule would be ideal too. I value my grounding chi
