I am looking for someone take over my lease starting Nov 1st for a beautiful bathroom apt near Inman Square, within a short walk from Harvard Square. If you are interested, please message me at with a brief description of your current occupation and experience living with roommates.

You could either move to the small room (pictured) rented at one thousand ten or to the big room (not pictured) rented at hundred. Either room would be unfurnished, except for a queen size mattress/bed.

The apartment is on the top floor of a three-story house, gets tons of natural light, and it's located in a quiet neighborhood near Inman Square. It has central AC/heater, in-unit laundry, a dishwasher and a tub. We are right by Whole Foods, at a -minute walk from Market Basket and -minute walk from Star Market. Closest T stations are Harvard and Central – both at a short walk. The address is officially in Somerville, but the street right across is Cambridge.

I have loved living here and I'm only moving because my partner and I are looking for our own place. The two people you will be living with are kind, respectful, tidy and easy to get along and communicate with. They are both grad students at Harvard and Simmons
