Description

The house is located off poplar level road in the lynnview/newburg area. The house is a 4 bed 1 bath brick cape cod. The kitchen has recently been updated with brand new, up to date appliances. The living room has hardwood floors. There is a deck off the back with a fenced in yard and two storage sheds that you are welcome to use. The house is generally furnished (other than your room). There is a washer and dryer on that you are more then welcome to.

About your room. A decently sized bedroom facing the rear of the house. There are hardwood floors and a ceiling fan. Your room would remain unfurnished.

About me. I am a 27 year old young professional female. I work at a local hospital as a cna/unit coordinator and am currently in school for nursing. I have 2 dogs (chihuhua and corgi) and yours are welcome as long as they get along with mine, I am pretty laid back, as long as you can pay your rent on time not a lot else bothers me. In what little free time I have I like to kick back with some netflix, go to concerts, hang out with friends. I do enjoy a nice glass of wine or beer after a hard day at work or school but my "partying" days are behind me.

About you. I am looking for a similarly aged person to share my house with, gender or sexual orientation does not matter. Smoking is okay as long as it is done outdoors. While we do not have to be best friends I would like to live with someone I enjoy being around, possibly someone I can hang out with. I will require proof of income to make sure that you can pay your portion of the rent

Rent is $475 a month with a $250 security deposit. This includes all utilities as well as internet (no cable, as i primarily just use netflix). You would have use of the entire house (excluding my bedroom) as well as the outdoor and storage areas. Move in would be December 1st.
