LIVING ROOM for rent in Culver City

I am looking for FEMALES ONLY. I live 2 minutes away from Downtown Culver City, and also the new train that will be up and running in 2016. I am renting out the living room for $750 which includes utilities: fastest wifi speed, apartment has a air conditioner and a heater, gas stove, etc. Doesn't sound like the best deal but it is! You will have a walk-in closet which is also located in the living room (very spacious). It is a one bedroom apartment but VERY spacious. The apartment allows 2 parking spaces and I only occupy one. I am a full-time student. You can set up the living room however you'd like and you are not subject to a contract/lease so you can leave whenever needed. Although at this time I am asking for a minimum of a one year commitment, Please feel free to contact me if interested.
