Room For rent

We are currently in a three bedroom. It is a quiet neighborhood. Rent is 550, all bills paid. It is just my sister and I. We are looking for someone that is clean, respectable and easy going. We do not do drugs, we do drink on occasion. We usually work M-F and off on the weekends. So you will barely hear from us.

The house is usually cleaned. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. We are both single, so we have made an agreement that the house is a neutral zone therefore, no one can come over (dates, men etc..) unless we really trust them. We dont need craziness at our home being that its only two women living there.

We are looking for an immediate move in. I do work with a police officer, therefore, I would like to do a background check on anyone that moves into my home. We do require first months rent upon move in.
